Chocolate fudge cake - Yummy!!
Currently my new OTG is the new baby at home. As soon I reach home after a tiring day of work, I feel like baking something and treat my taste palates everyday. And this can also be a surprise treat for my hubby... :P
I'm loving baking as a good hobby and experimenting with different ingredients is real fun!!
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
( If you have only sweetened chocolate bars at home, use Melted chocolate - 3 tbsp and 2 tbsp sugar or as required based on what chocolates you use. I used Hersheys milk chocolate bar, and i added two tbsp sugar)
Milk - 3 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 2-3 drops
Chopped Almonds/walnuts/ Choco chips to add to the crunchiness of the cake

Method:
If you have a Microwave - Mix the dry ingredients first, then add the wet ingredients in a mug and bake for 1-2 mins. Bake until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

If you have an Oven - Mix dry ingredients and then the wet ingredients in a bowl and scoop it into cupcake molds.
Preheat oven at 180 C and then bake for 15 mins. Bake until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

# You can add 2 tbsp egg to the mix to make normal chocolate cake instead of a fudge.
# Mine came out a bit oily on top of the cupcake, in an oven when i used 3 tbsp oil. So try reducing oil next time based on how it turns out in your oven.

Happy Baking!!
