Wire Jewelry Making

Recently I've got hooked to wire jewelry making. Something is groovy about it, the twist and turns, the flexibility of the wires interests me more than the common bead jewelry. There are lots of techniques, tools and know-hows to learn in this type of jewelry. It's not quite simple and that makes me more interested in it!! Many of my friends make bead and other ethnique jewelry at home. I wanted to try a different one like wire jewelry. It is very popular in the Western Countries, you can find a lot of resources and videos on this in the web. I've started and its fun beleive it!! I have managed to learn some basic techniques and tried free tutorials to kick start my new hobby. It was a bit difficult to get the materials and tools required. But I managed to get them through Web research and still trying to find better supplies in Bangalore. This hobby looks like it needs a an engineering mind to do wonders. Once I'm comfortable with the A to Z of this craft, I would take up my own designs and creations. Fingers crossed!!
