We have so many face packs, masks, creams for anti-aging today. Have you guys ever wondered, just by applying cream or packs will anti-aging truly work? Is anti-aging more of an internal thing rather than external? Has anti-aging not got to do with internal workings of our brain?

Exercise will keep your brain active, research has shown people who are 90 yrs old still very active when compared to people at their 30’s who seem to be lethargic and the reason for this is exercise. The experiment was further conducted on couch potatoes. They were asked to work out for 2 days a week which showed drastic improvements in their cognitive skills. Aerobic exercises are very good for brain.
Exercise releases few happy chemicals like Dopamine, Endorphin and Serotonin which makes you feel good. Just think of a few personalities who regularly work out and how they look? Though our brain constitutes to 2% of total body mass, it consumes 20% of energy daily. When we exercise we increase the blood flow which in turn increases more access to the tissues.

Idea of integrating exercise in office or school is to improve your brain functions which will reduce the health care costs. Healthier employees are sharper and smarter. Exercise boosts brain power :)
