Hi friends, I have started this section to share my low carb or keto friendly recipes for common people who understand the benefits of reducing carbs in their diet. If you are wondering what is low carb or keto? I will do a detailed post about it soon. It's a healthy lifestyle change and not some sort of a crash diet to reduce weight. Me and my husband have been following this lifestyle for more than 4 months now, and have seen very positive changes in our body and mind.
