Hi friends,
I'm back again with a Keto / Low carb recipe, and this time it's a dessert! Yayyyy, my favorite part of a meal.
So this recipe is inspired from Headbanger's Kitchen Youtube channel. He has a great collection of Keto recipes with Indian ingredients, so it is easier to follow. I wanted a quick fix for my sweet cravings on Keto and boom there was this panna cotta recipe. It is so easy and takes hardly 10 mins to make and maybe an hour to set. 

The outcome was the below image.. Can we call it a food art? :)
It is a Coffee Pannacotta with chocolate syrup drizzled on top. You can make it non-keto too by adding regular sugar.
And play with the flavors as you like.

Hi friends, I have started this section to share my low carb or keto friendly recipes for common people who understand the benefits of reducing carbs in their diet. If you are wondering what is low carb or keto? I will do a detailed post about it soon. It's a healthy lifestyle change and not some sort of a crash diet to reduce weight. Me and my husband have been following this lifestyle for more than 4 months now, and have seen very positive changes in our body and mind. It doesn't mean that we completely avoid carbs, you just need to find the right amount of carbs your body needs.

This is one such fusion recipe with mushrooms in a cheesy curry sauce.
