Don't you think we deserve to have a Spa treatment every weekend, after an hectic week?? But Spa at a parlour is so damn pricey nowadays, that we can't afford them every week. Rather we can have a spa treatment at home and save the money for some shopping :P Body scrubs are an essential step in any beauty regime, for proper exfoliation of the skin - removing dead cells and sun tan. They also have moisturizing properties added to them. We have listed a good collection of DIY Body Scrubs, posted by various bloggers out there. We found them very helpful and exciting to try it out. We have given the link to the original blogger's recipe for each of them to give them the due credits. :) Just make sure to test it first by making a small batch, since some ingredients might not suit sensitive skin. But no harmful effects.. everything is natural!! For maximum benefit gently rub on the scrub on your body in circular motion, focusing on rough areas like knees, elbows and heels. You can also make these scrubs at home, pack it beautifully with some charms & writings and gift it to your loved ones. |

This one is our personal favorite because of it's simple ingredients and doesn't take much of our time. We love the citrus flavor totally - the lemon and orange zest in it... Wowww!! Citrus Burst.. but salty! Avoid licking them :) Feel free to add any oil of your choice - olive oil, almond or coconut oil too.
